2. The Parties
These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and AcornWorks Digital Consulting Australia Pty Ltd (trading as OptiWealth AU).
3. Collaborative Intelligence & Copy Trading Prohibition
Our "Collaborative Intelligence" and Leaderboard features are designed to provide anonymised community benchmarking. These features present aggregated data to help you understand market trends. OptiWealth AU strictly prohibits and does not facilitate automated "Copy Trading". Users cannot automatically mirror the trades or asset allocations of other users.
4. Data Commercialisation & Privacy
As outlined in our Privacy by Design policy, OptiWealth operates on a local-sovereignty model. However, if you explicitly opt-in to our Collaborative Intelligence features, you grant AcornWorks Digital Consulting Australia Pty Ltd the right to aggregate, de-identify, and commercialise macro-spending and portfolio telemetry.Absolutely no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is ever sold, licensed, or exposed to third parties.
5. Pay-As-You-Go Token Packages
Access to our AI Property Audits & Stock Portfolio Rebalancing features is purchased via one-time Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) token packs. Tokens expire six (6) months from the date of purchase.

All transactions and token package purchases are final. OptiWealth operates a strict no-refund policy. Due to immediate compute allocation and licensing costs, we are unable to offer refunds or partial credits for unused tokens.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcornWorks Digital Consulting Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
